Marco Valotto The second album of Sinneth Soul is a prayer: to a God, to the only God, to the nature, to the miracle of life, to the souls of every men. The music is slow but not doom, is based on recurring notes and loops of sounds without being boring. It's recommended to hear this album in the dark letting go of the music. Great mystical journey, a real atmospheric experience! Favorite track: imitatio dei.

Latin 'imitatio dei' means 'Imitation of God'- anthropocentric phrase describing humans attempt to self-realise concept of supreme being.

This album is inspired widely by some dark ambient and Gothic influences in music. Dark and disturbing, every song title and message is a single phrase in Latin related to certain religious aspect that makes me thinking about the nature of God and the mystery of Creation. The whole University had it's sudden and mysterious beginning according to astrophysicists in the big bang. In one moment some 15 billion years ago the whole energy, matter and dark matter, everything that we managed to discover and everything we still don't have a clue about was created, and even more interesting according to Newton's law the energy is Universe is constants, just changing its form all over again. There was always exactly the same amount of energy in Cosmos, never less or more. All billions Galaxies and billions Stars in them had exactly the same energy as in the moment just after the big bang. We, as a humans, are part of this energy cycle and life and death seems to be just a change in its form and cycle. Biblical 'dust to dust' has a literal meaning in this context and God shows me a power that is beyond my imagination. Is God the Energy? If yes, than as we are part of this Energy physically are we part of the supreme being?
